The left hand of god

Has anyone else received this book from spinebreakers?
Im kinda really excited to receive this book as it came with this letter from the editorial director saying how excited he was for this book, how he has never quite felt like this about a munuscript before , and well i suppose its got me really excited for it.
from the VERY short blurb on the back its got me interested because its kind of humoured me
" They told him he could destroy the world.
Maybe he will..."
Also inside its filled with admiration and love for this book. Its already built my expectations up. I cant wait to get through this book :) :D

aha! I have it, and I've nearly finished, which I'm quite proud of seeing as I only got it a couple of days ago. I love it. I mean, IdrisPukke just totally rocks. Even though he's not real. Which I'm aware of.

The only thing is I have to be reading Frankenstein right now...

Oh well...

okay, i've finished it, but unless I missed something it didn't explain what that stone he got hold of was all about. Unless I'm supposed to know, which I don't, because I'm rubbish at biology.

I'm about 90 pages into it.. and it's going good. Really nice descriptions and everything, and I'm looking forward to finishing it, but I'm a slow reader :(
The book doesn't get published until January anyway, so you gotta long time to wait for the sequel.. if there is one ;) hehe

i missed all the hype about this book - just bought it off the shelves in local book shop cause the cover looked funky.

i'm guessing it is the first of a series? at no point in all the buzz reviews is any mention made of if/when the next instalment is due?

can anyone shed any light?

thanks.

I picked this book up Monday and i must admit i haven't been able to put it down, i also want to know if there is going to be a second book, as on completion there are a few loose ends.
like what was the object found in side ribas friend, why Cale didn't recognise cadbury and what's to become of Cale now he's back with the Redeemer's.
